Do you offer the same merchandise on Milos-Bali.com as in Milo’s stores?
Milos-Bali.com offers a collection of women’s and men’s fashion luxury items. The assortment is edited by our team of buyers and stylists for the online shopper. Some products may be found in our stores while some are exclusive to the online store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item?
Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Send us an email of the order, the item to be returned or exchanged and the reason for doing so. We will send you an email with the approved RMA number with necessary shipping and customs documentation. Print all received documentation and contact the courier for collection within 4 days from the receipt approved RMA. We only accept returns through our RMA process with Tiki for Indonesia customers and UPS for international customers. For exchanged item you will need to place a separated order for an alternative product when you submit the RMA. Shipping cost for the exchanged item will be borne by you.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
All shipment will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Upon delivery you will be requested to pay any duties directly.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
For Indonesia it is free and for international shipping there will be a charge based on product weight.
What payment methods does Milos-Bali.com accept?
